Assistance with property sale and purchase

In the case of a sale, Nelson-Singleton Solicitors will receive the purchase monies and pay off any existing mortgages. If required we will also arrange to use the funds to pay for your new property, forwarding any additional funds to you with a statement of account.

In the case of a purchase, we will arrange to obtain the loan monies from your lender. We will advise you on the amount of additional money that we require to make payment in full, this will include expenses and taxes paid on your behalf, such as stamp duty and registration fees. In addition to that, we also provide assistance to mortgages and re-mortgages.
